NFL Week 10 Teaser and Steelers vs. Commanders Picks
I already mentioned
that I started November with a big week; in fact, it was my biggest regular
season total (+$209.36) at least since the reboot. I also hit my first teaser
of the season. This week I hope to keep the momentum going with another teaser
and, I believe, only my second underdog pick of the year.
I rarely bet on the team that I
root for, but this week I’m taking the Steelers on the moneyline at +125 to
beat the Commanders outright for $50 to win $62.50. I think Pittsburgh is being
slightly undervalued even with the game in Washington. The Steelers look like
they finally have a quarterback in place and, knock wood, I think the other
pieces have been there for a while.
I don’t love betting the Eagles, either, especially since I think they are absolutely winning despite their idiot head coach. I’m not doing much commentary lately, but last week he proved to me he’s as dumb as Rich Kotite from years ago. Yet, Dallas stinks out loud right now, and their quarterback is out. Despite it looking like the Cowboys getting a key defender back, I think the Eagles can win the game. I look at the Chiefs versus the Broncos and the Lions at the Texans, and I feel the same way – each team should win. But they do call it gambling! Nonetheless, my teaser pick is the Eagles -1.5, Chiefs -2, and Lions +2.5, for $100 to win $138.60.
