NFL Week 6, College Football Picks
A
winning week in football, 2-2 for +$7.15, was spoiled when my baseball series
parlay was torpedoed by the Mets downing the Phillies to make me 0-1 for -$20 in the MLB playoffs.
Baltimore and Washington came through with covers on Sunday, while big
favorites Tennessee and Alabama lost outright. The Ravens’ comeback win
salvaged my biggest bet of the week.
Here’s
my picks for the weekend:
Clemson
-21 (-109) at Wake Forest for $15 to win $13.80: I think Clemson will have too
much offense.
Penn
State -3.5 (-113) at USC for $15 to win $13.85: I think the Lions wear them
down.
Texans
-7 (-103) at Patriots for $15 to win $14.70: I actually pushed this up half a
point to avoid high “juice.” The Patriots are starting a new quarterback
against a defense that’s considered very good.
Ravens
-7 (-105) vs. Commanders for $15 to win $14.90: I saw and won with both teams
last week. It’s a bit of a gut call on the Ravens covering.
