Thankfully I couldn't hear, yet Riley still made a fool of himself. Later heard phrases like "shocked the world" and people "doubted this team." Just proves teams will use any cliché for motivation.

Embarrassed for #MikeMiss to see his love affair with #LeBron in print @SportsInq. He sounds like a posse wannabee. Maybe LeBron will let Missanelli hang with him next time the Heat are in Philly. Losing respect for Missanelli.

Wasn't watching much baseball the first time Thome was in town; phenomenal to watch his latest stretch of hitting.

Charlie Manuel actually told reporters Jim Thome won't play 1st base. #WTF Thome had too much trade value?? Charlie wanted to lower the bar for other teams?

Fluxuation on #NBA #Finals is nuts; #Heat opened at about +140, went to +220 after Gm1, now -115.

First Banner, now DeSean Jackson needs a new challenge. Maybe some day the #Eagles will view winning the Super Bowl as a challenge.

#Phillies MUST find a way to get Jim Thome on the field after interleague play in AL cities. Stick him at first and everybody will have to know to overplay balls he should get to. He's their best hitter by far.

In the better-late-than-never category, the people who booed #Utley are morons. He's battling an injury that will likely end his career. What the hell are you booing him for in his first rehab game?

Only David Stern could make Jim Rome look like the good guy. And, by the way, the way #NBA refs favor "stars" is a bigger problem than rigging the lottery. Legit to question lottery though. Stern's model of every team having a star may have helped the business, but it's killing basketball.

Love all the media apologists for the #Heat already cranking out the excuses.

Watching the #Phillies has become an exercise in hoping they don't lose, and hope isn't winning either.

Typical confusion about what really happened with the #Eagles. #Banner seeking opportunities with other teams? That would make this incredibly strange. Maybe it makes sense if he's looking to be an owner, but that still seems odd. Was he fired? Timing seems odd. Reid on the hot seat or more secure? I don't get it.

Spurs Finish Playoff Picks

The LeBron James lap dogs are killing me today. Mike Missanelli wants to blame the role players? Get a clue! The Heat signed 3 max contract guys; teams don't get role players with that. They knew the deal going in, don't point fingers now.

The #Phillies are just so hard to watch right now it's sad; the worst part is, there just doesn't seem to be anything to do but wait on injuries and see what they got NEXT season.

The #NBA is on the brink of a #Finals of the #Thunder vs. #Celtics instead of #Spurs vs. #Heat. David Stern can't be happy.

Yesterday's #MikeMiss rant on #Utley was just stupid. Is the man not supposed to try to come back? If the team didn't update his status, that would be a problem. There's no conspiracy to lead fans on.
